Most Blu-Rays look amazing. Educating the Studios has always been a part of the home video world. Quality will always improve. Even 10 years from now, they'll be improving Blu-Ray transfers. Take a look at 2001 on Blu-Ray, THE SEARCHERS, BLADE RUNNER... It's already so far ahead of standard DVD that you can never go back. Blu-Ray will have completely replaced standard DVD by 2012.
